Thank you for shopping at Sandra Espinosa OOAK Art Dolls.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our shop policy. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

General conditions

  • Price is in EUROS (€), taxes not included.
  • I accept Credit/Debit card and PayPal as methods of payment.
  • Shipping costs to all countries: from 36€ to 62€, taxes not included. The final shipping costs may vary depending of weight and dimensions of the package.
  • All items will be sent via International Priority Airmail (Correos Spain).
  • A tracking number will be provided to you when I ship the product.
  • Time of product handling: 7 days after full payment is received.
  • International shipping and handling (2 – 3 weeks)
  • Only buyer pay any and all customs fees incurred in shipping; I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Your order cancellation rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so, as long as the product is not sended. Because of that, we take 7 days to prepare the product before we send it to you. We don’t accept a cancelation of the order when the product has been sended.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by using the details provided in the Contact Us section of this Shop Policy.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the request, as long as the request is sended within the first seven days of the purchase. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over, like an sculpture.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Digital downloads.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning goods

You are the only one responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods at the address that we will say at the moment when we confirm if the product is elegible or not for a return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
